After earning his law degree he opened his own practice specializing in civil matters and became a named partner at Tomaryn, O’Reilly and McDermott in 1998. In 2004, Tom left the practice of law to assist his long time friend and colleague as Vice President of Scott Anastasi Realty. Tom uses his experience to oversee all legal activities including development entitlement, contractual and litigation, labor and employment, and project planning, as well as risk management. Tom graduated from California State University, Long Beach and earned his law degree from the University of West Los Angeles. Tom was admitted to the California Bar in 1994.
